Salon Cancellation Policy

At Studio 2.12 & Co., we value our clients and strive to provide exceptional service with every visit. To respect the time of our clients and staff, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  1. 48-Hour Notice Requirement

    • We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.

  2. Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the estimated scheduled service cost (service costs are estimated and can only be fully determined upon evaluation of the service to be performed during you scheduled appointment).

    • Failure to attend the appointment without prior cancellation (no-show) will result in a charge of 100% of the estimated scheduled service cost.

  3. Card on File

    • To secure your appointment, a credit card may be required at the time of booking, in addition to a deposit equal to 50% of the estimated cost of services. This card will be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, per our policy.

  4. Confirmation

    • As a courtesy, we will send you a confirmation email or text 48 hours before your scheduled service. If you need to make changes, please contact us promptly to avoid any fees.

  5. Arriving Late

    • We understand that life happens! If you’re running late, please call us. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service, and a late cancellation fee will apply.
